Meet Dr. Hardaway

Dr. Tiffany E. Hardaway is a board-certified anesthesiologist who specializes in ambulatory anesthesia. She has over 15 years of experience in clinical settings, from large academic centers to highly specialized ambulatory facilities. Currently, she practices in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she owns Innovative Anesthesia & Analgesia. 

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Dr. Hardaway received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Florida State University and a master’s in Biology from Tennessee State University. She graduated with her M.D. from Wayne State University before completing a residency in anesthesiology at the globally top-ranked Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Hardaway’s commitment to her community is a cornerstone of her professional and philanthropic work. She is actively involved in philanthropy and sits on the board of multiple national and local non-profit organizations. Her dedication to excellence and progress is evident in her tireless service to her community in both her professional and philanthropic work.

As a board member and scholarship chair of ElevateMed, a national organization based in Arizona, Dr. Hardaway is instrumental in a scholarship program that is changing lives. Designed to help underrepresented minorities in medical school and beyond, it pairs medical students with mentors, offers crucial scholarship funds, and equips promising students with the information needed to succeed in medical careers.
